2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. dry oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Add oatmeal, baking powder, salt and milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. We double this recipe and put it in a 13×9 pan.
