It is 77° here this afternoon. Taylor, Luke and I walked to the lake and then walked home through the woods. Yesterday there were actually a few ice fishermen out on the lake but not today. It was fun standing in the warm air while feeling cold air coming at us off the lake. Taylor did his annual wading in Higgins Lake’s icy waters and even talked Luke into wading too.
Sure do enjoy your pictures. Keeps us up to date on weather, etc, as well as family. We came home from Tennesssee to the big storm on the 26th(I think) I r emember a terrible storm in 1945 or 46 on March 26 here in Flint. It melted so fast it washed all the bridges out and we couldn’t get from one end of Flint to another. Dave’s mom saved the pictures of the flooding and we kept them for years but gave them to Sloan Museum when we moved north.
Had 2 Cat scans and an MRI on my abdoman that shows a mass on my adrenal gland on the right kidney so next step is a byopsy as soon as the hospital can get it scheduled. Anxious to get it over with so we can get north, hopefully by first week or so in May. Hope all is well with the family.
Sure has been a rough winter health wise on so many in our church family up there. We have appreciated your and Pastor’s prayers. Warmly, Millie
