March has arrived and it looks like we’ll be getting quite a bit of snow tonight. I enjoyed my walk this morning. There were lots of fishermen out on the lake today. As much as I love winter and snow, I’m looking forward to the arrival of spring later this month.
Winter got off to a late start here and we haven’t had as much snow as some years. This week we got some fresh snow which I was happy to see. The boys did some shoveling in the morning and then in the afternoon we walked to the hill and had fun sledding.
I enjoyed the falling snow while I was walking this morning.
It was a pleasant morning for my walk today.
Wet, heavy snow fell last night making everything look gorgeous this morning.
It was about 9° this morning when I walked. We got some fresh snow yesterday so everything looks pretty again.
Luke, Jacob and Zachary walked with me to the lake today. It’s been a nice sunny day.
We celebrated Zach’s 11th birthday on Saturday.
There are finally some shanties on the ice by the boat launch. I haven’t seen as many ice fishermen this year as normal.
