Friday Fun
Yesterday afternoon, Zachary, Josiah and I went for a bike ride. After supper we went to Marl Lake to take some pictures and then watched the sunset at South Higgins Lake State Park. The guys built a fire when we got home.
Family
We enjoyed our visit with my brother, sister-in-law and niece yesterday. It was a bit cool but nice for walking and riding bikes.
Beautiful Weather
We’ve had some beautiful weather this week. The first picture I took yesterday on the way to Charlevoix and the rest are from my walk this morning.
August Day
Yesterday it was raining early in the morning but the rain stopped in time for my walk. We dropped the boys off at camp in the afternoon and Kevin and I went for an evening walk. It was a beautiful August day.
Happy Birthday Josiah!
We celebrated Josiah’s birthday this week. Kevin, Angelee, Taylor and Lydia sang “Happy Birthday” to him via FaceTime. He received many nice gifts but the best one came a day late when he became an uncle and got to hold his brand new niece.
Summer Walks
A couple of nights ago Nicholas and Josiah slept outside in hammocks. Nick was still in his when I went for my walk yesterday. It was a sunny and cloudless morning. This morning the sun was peeking through the clouds.
