Picnic
The weather was perfect today for a picnic lunch and some hiking around Hartwick Pines State Park. Josiah and I even played a game of checkers.
Pretty July Morning
It’s another beautiful day for a walk.
Sparklers
The boys did sparklers last night but there was more smoke than spark. Oh well, they had fun anyway.
Traverse City Air Show
Yesterday we went to the air show in Traverse City. The weather was beautiful and it’s always exciting to see the Blue Angels.
July 4th
We had a great time celebrating the Fourth of July with our family. The weather was perfect for spending lots of time outdoors. We went to the parade in Roscommon in the morning, had lots of fun in the yard, grilled some burgers for supper and finished the day watching fireworks in Roscommon.
July 4th Morning Walk
The lake is calm, the sky is blue and the sun is shining brightly. July 4th is off to a beautiful start!
July 3rd
We enjoyed a campfire last night, made s’mores and set off some fireworks. It was a fun evening.
Cloudy and Cool
I enjoyed my walk on this cloudy and cool morning and was happy to see that my Asiatic Lilies are starting to bloom.
