Garden
Yesterday the boys and I planted some vegetables and flowers. Nick worked hard putting up the fence around the garden. Hopefully we’ll have some fresh vegetables to enjoy this summer.

It’s cool and cloudy this morning but I still enjoyed beautiful scenery as I walked.
UP Travels
Yesterday we went to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and had a picnic lunch at a roadside park, next to the Cut River Bridge. We hiked under the bridge and crossed it on foot. Sleeping Bear Dunes
Yesterday we took a day trip and drove to Frankfort then up M-22 to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. It was a beautiful day and ended with watching the sunset over Lake Michigan from Empire Bluff.

The weather this week has been fabulous.

I went for an early morning walk and a mid-morning bike ride. It’s too nice not to get out and enjoy this fabulous day.

I enjoyed walking through the fog this morning after the rain we got yesterday.
