Picnic

The kids and I wanted to take advantage of this nice day so we packed lunches and rode our bikes to the park. We enjoyed beautiful Higgins Lake while we ate. It was a bit windy by the lake but we didn’t mind.

May Flowers

While we were riding along the trail today, Zachary noticed some wildflowers. He stopped, assuming I would want to take some pictures of them. It’s always a pleasant surprise to spot wildflowers growing when I’m out for a walk or bike ride.

Windy Warm Afternoon

The boys and I went for a bike ride to the boat launch yesterday afternoon. When we got back home they had fun blowing bubbles.

We packed a picnic lunch and went for a hike on the Mason Tract Pathway this afternoon.

Last Day of April

I can’t believe tomorrow is the first day of May. The sunrise was very pretty this morning. It was nice to see a couple of boats launching this morning.

Bike Ride

The weather was great for a bike ride this afternoon. Luke, Jacob, Zachary, Josiah and I rode the trails to the park. It’s a beautiful April day.

It was foggy this morning when I walked. I was happy to see one of the docks back in the water at the boat launch.
