Evening Bike Ride
Last night after supper Luke, Jacob and I went for a bike ride. It was a great evening for it.
Morning Walk
It’s a pleasant morning here and I enjoyed my walk. I saw some pretty wildflowers.
TC Cherry Festival
Kevin and I went to the National Cherry Festival in Traverse City late this afternoon. It was beautiful down by the bay.
Campfire
Taylor built a nice fire for us a couple of nights ago in the back yard. The kids enjoy having fires.
Sparklers
The kids had fun with sparklers last night.
More July 4
We had a great day yesterday celebrating the 4th of July. The weather was great and we even enjoyed more fireworks last night.
July 4th Parade
We went to town for the parade this morning. The weather is beautiful here today. The kids enjoyed the goodies that were given out during the parade. They got candy, a ball, a frisbee, flags and Nick even got a small cooler with a Red Bull in it from a local nursing home. I always … Read more
Happy July 4th!
We decided at the last minute to catch some fireworks last night. We are planning to see some again tonight. It was a bit chilly. I felt like I should have been going to a Fall football game instead of a July fireworks display.
Bubbles
The guys had fun blowing bubbles on the deck yesterday afternoon.
Cool Start to July
We haven’t had typical July weather today. It’s only been in the 50s. I’ll be glad when warm weather returns. The cool weather was fine for a bike ride though. Zachary and I went for a ride this afternoon.
